1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Tuby (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Tuby website and related services (the “Platform”). Blockchain networks are public; transactions you broadcast are not private.

2. Information we collect

Wallet data: public addresses you connect or submit, wallet provider id, and optional visit path for abuse prevention and product analytics.
YouTube / creator materials: when you resolve a link or launch, we may fetch and store publicly available channel/video metadata such as titles, channel names, channel IDs, avatar/PFP URLs, thumbnails, and descriptions so we can show previews and listings. That data is generally public on YouTube; your launch associates it with a token on Tuby.
Launch data: token metadata you provide (name, symbol, description, image URL, social links), fee payment signatures, memos, and launch intent identifiers.
Creator verification data: if you use claim/verify flows — OAuth identifiers and channel ownership signals needed to bind a creator account.
Technical data: IP address, user agent, rough timestamps, and rate-limit keys to protect the Platform.
Admin operations: authenticated admin actions (fee wallet / CA / maintenance changes) may be logged for security.

We do not ask for or store seed phrases, private keys, or full bank credentials.

3. How we use information

Operate launches, fee verification, and platform-indexed token listings.
Display Creator Materials (names, PFPs, thumbnails, titles) that users cause to be associated with listings.
Show public profiles, explore feeds, and creator pages.
Handle takedown / rights complaints and abuse reports.
Prevent fraud, spam, fee replay, and abuse.
Maintain security, debugging, and product metrics.
Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

4. On-chain & public data

SOL payments, memos, and addresses you use on Solana are public by design. Anyone can see them on explorers. Tuby may store copies of signatures and related metadata to prove a fee was paid for a launch.

5. Sharing

We may share information with:

Infrastructure providers (hosting, RPC, analytics) that process data for us.
Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

Launch records, fee signatures, and public listings may be retained for as long as needed to operate the Platform, prevent replay/abuse, and meet legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period unless needed longer for security investigations.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (access controls, rate limits, fee signature ledgers, httpOnly admin sessions). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your own wallets.

8. Your choices

You may disconnect your wallet at any time. To request deletion of account-linked off-chain data (where applicable), contact us via Docs. We may retain information needed for fraud prevention, fee accounting, or legal compliance. Public chain data cannot be erased by Tuby.

9. Children

Tuby is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International users

The Platform may be operated from the United States or other locations. If you access Tuby from elsewhere, you consent to processing in those locations.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the update.
